| Dear Valuable Scientists,
We thank you very much for your kind interest to the 7th
Hittitology Congress that will be held in Çorum between 25th
and 31st August of 2008. We are really glad to the eagerness
of many scientists to attend and present their declaration.
All of the sessions will be held in the halls of Anitta Hotel.
Due to the intense of the declarations that will be presented,
the Temporary Congress Program will be send to you later.
The deadline for the speakers to send their declaration abstracts
of 150-200 words either in English or in Turkish is 20th of
June, 2008. They should be send to the following address:

Each of the speakers has 20 minutes in this congress. There
will be discussion periods for 10 minutes at the end of each
session. The declarations of congress will be presented in
English, German, French, Italian and Turkish languages. Power
Point will be used for declarations. In addition to this,
it is expected that the declarations in any other languages
will be prepared in Turkish with Power Point and also the
Turkish ones will be prepared in English with Power Point.
We kindly remind you that the participation price is 100 Euro
(It is 70 Euro for the accompanier of a participant). The
registers will be held in Çorum Anitta Hotel in 25 August,
2008. The participants will be hosted for dinner by the city
of Çorum .
The participants will cover the expenses of accommodation
by themselves. You can find the list of hotels for accommodation
on the Hittite University website (www.hitit.edu.tr). As it
will be the tourism season at time of congress, we recommend
you to book your reservation within the shortest time in order
to avoid any problem.
The application prices include the trips to Ortaköy-Şapinuva
in the 30th of August, 2008 and to Boğazköy-Hattuşa and Alacahöyük
in the 31th of August, 2008.
